Baby was relinquished to a shelter with a claim that he had bitten someone. He then passed a temperament test, but could not be adopted from the shelter because of this 'claim'. We decided to take on Baby because when they pass the temperament test there is 'suspicion' that the previous bite claim was false (sometimes people lie when they turn in a dog just to make themselves look better... i.e. no one can 'blame' them for turning the dog into the shelter with a reason like that). Since Baby has been in our care, we have seen no signs of this bite or aggressive behavior, again shedding suspect light on the claim made by the previous owner. Baby loves to spend time with his humans... he loves to play with other dogs and enjoys sleeping in bed with his human companions. He is sweet and likes to sit in a warm lap as well. Baby will bark at strangers coming to his house, but no more than any other dog that is protective of his or her family. Because of the previous 'claim' we would rather not take any chances of adopting Baby out to a home with young children. He is housebroken and waiting for his new forever home!
