Meet Lucky! Or as we like to call him, little wippersnapper! This little bundle has a lot of affection to give someone... he is all about humans and just looooongs to give kisses and love to anyone who will allow him too... Lucky is truly one of the most affectionate dogs we have had in this rescue... every silver lining has its tiny little cloud and Lucky's cloud came when his previous owners found out that he had possession aggression... yeah, it sounds like a horrible problem, but really its not! What this means is that when Lucky has something he should NOT have in his mouth, NO ONE should attempt to snatch it away from him or he will nip at them... he has been trained around the problem and now Lucky will drop the item if you offer him a treat... easy fix! Beyond this, Lucky has no other aggression issues. It is preferable that he go to a home without children as they are too unpredictable and one never knows if they will decide to play tug with Lucky and get him upset. If you are responsible enough to be respectful of Lucky and promise never to take anything away from him without offering him something good in return, then this is the boy for you... and you will NOT be sorry! This will be your friend til the end!

Update 5/31/04:Lucky was adopted previously, but is now back in rescue due to a bad situation within his new adoptive home. We are now looking for someone that is responsible and caring and will give Lucky that permanent home he deserves. You should not have children and should have a fenced in yard! When you meet Lucky, you are sure to be lucky in love!
