Sam has been with one owner since his he was born (10/25/01). His owner was elderly and suddenly found herself unable to care for little Sam any longer. Sam is definately a special boy... he is very timid and easily fightened. The preferred home for Sam would be one without children due to his fragile personality and little chihuahua body. If you are looking for a dog with alot of love to give packaged in a tiny little body, then Sam is the boy for you!
