Chichi is a timid little dog who probably has abuse in his past. He is usually defensive when he first meets someone but because a loving little lap dog within the first five minutes. Chichi would do best in a slower paced home without kids and without other dogs... he should be spoiled and treated with kindness for the rest of his life!
