Louie is a one year old possibly a Russian toy,chihuaha mix,He is playful ,full of energy,he does outside and on pee pads for toileting.He loves his toys ,sitting on the back of a couch looking out the window,he gets along with the fosters dogs and running outside .Loves his people and will follow them around. he takes treats and sleeps in his crate .he has alot of energy and would enjoy walks and running in a yard.he can bark as a watch dog.
