Meet Wally! He’s a 6-year-old Shih Tzu with a gentle soul with a sweet disposition. This low-energy boy is all about soft pets, cozy snuggles, and companionship.
Wally enjoys being around people and is happiest when he is curled up next to you or prancing around in the grass. He is still a bit shy, especially with sudden noises or fast movements, so he’ll need a calm, patient home where he can continue to build his confidence at his own pace.
While he’s friendly to other dogs and comfortable with cats, Wally is still learning how to play. A calm canine friend could help show him the ropes, but he would also be just fine as your one-and-only.
One of Wally’s favorite things is to take in the sights and smells of the backyard. A fenced-in yard would be ideal for him, giving him space to explore while feeling safe.
