Flora is a sweet but shy little Shi Tzu. She is starting to open up and learn about her new world. She is good in a crate and/or pen. She is working on house breaking and leash skills. She is finding that she likes toys and playing fetch...although she doesn't  always bring them back..lol! She is good with other dogs and is figuring out how to play with them. She would do well in a home that can help her feel safe and provide continued training and consistency!
