Story Text:	Meet Gus! He and his brother Bus recently came from an overcrowded death row shelter in Kentucky. They were surrendered by their owners and we committed to helping them find their forever homes. Gus is a very smart and energetic dog who will need a securely fenced yard. He loves to run, so would be great with a high energy family. Gus is house trained and will let you know when he needs to go out. He gets along fine with other dogs, however should eat alone! He does not like other dogs to help themselves to his food while he is eating. However he really does love to hang out and would love a friend to play with. Gus is really a great dog and he also is very good with children! He might be nervous at first but does come around once he is settled, he just needs someone to give him the time, Might that be you?
