We are very happy to introduce Kookie to our rescue! Kookie is a 6-month old breeder-release Pomsky and is in the process of learning how to be a dog.  Kookie is good with other dogs and cats.  She does not do well with kids - older respectful kids should be OK. Kookie does not like the leash so she must go to a home with a fully fenced yard.  She is still very timid so we are working slowly to introduce her to everything. Kookie will need a patient adoptor because she is still unsure of people and surroundings.  An ideal home for her is someone who is home all day and just wants to cuddle with her.  She is not a typical puppy and does not play with toys or other dogs yet, although that will surely come, she is a work in progress.  If you are interested in meeting her, fill out an application today.
