We are very happy to introduce Poppy to our rescue!! Poppy is a 2 1/2 year old Poochon (Bichon/Poodle mix). Since Poppy's time with us we can say that she is shy of new people but she quickly bonded with her foster Mom and loves to snuggle as much as possible with her. However, she has taken some time to get used to the man of the house. With some simple training techniques, she has come to an understanding that she needs to coexist with him and we can happily report that her trust of him is moving in a positive direction! She does great with all the dogs she has met but doesn't care for cats. She is doing great with housetraining and has only a very occasional accident in the house. She is very playful with toys and loves to go for walks and she is leash trained. The lucky person who adopts her will be getting the most loyal best friend who will try to do everything to make her person happy.
