Owen is new to rescue but so far he is the sweetest little guy.  He is being fostered with other dogs and cats and just loves everyone.  He's very loving and social and moans and moans when you pet him... How cute is that?  He walks well on a leash, is said to be housebroken, and did well in the car.  He MUST have been someone's baby :(!!  We will post more as we get to know him better but right now he seems like he'd fit in most any household.  If you are interested in Owen please apply we will be looking forward to your application.
